What is the Level 1 Essential Digital Skills course about?
his course helps you develop practical digital skills for everyday life and work. You’ll learn how to use devices, create digital content, stay safe online, and communicate effectively using digital tools.
Who is this course for?
It’s designed for people who already have basic computer skills or have completed an Entry Level course, and want to improve their confidence using digital technology at home or at work.
Do I need any previous qualifications?
No formal qualifications are required. However, you should have some basic experience using a computer or smartphone. You’ll complete a short skills assessment before starting to ensure this is the right level for you.
