Lancashire College of Further Education (LCFE) offers flexible and accessible undergraduate study pathways, online learning. In partnership with NCC Education and regulated by Ofqual, LCFE offers NCC Education Level 5 Diplomas—advanced, internationally recognised qualifications designed to develop specialised skills in Computing, IT, and Business.

Building on the foundational knowledge gained in Level 4 qualifications, these diplomas prepare students for professional roles in the digital and business sectors or for progression to higher education, including the completion of a bachelor’s degree.

Level 5 Diploma in Computing

Globally recognised qualification, equivalent to Year 2 of a UK university degree, provides students with a solid foundation in core computing principles and concepts. This program offers a robust foundation.

Kickstart your computing career with LCFE Whether you aim to join the workforce or pursue a degree, our qualification provides the skills and recognition you need to succeed. 

Advanced Knowledge and Skills: In-depth learning in software development, database management, network systems, business information systems, and project management, focusing on applying theory to practical, real-world problems.
